Account & Billing

One account, workspaces, and separate billing per app per workspace. Here's how it works.

Account and workspaces

Your Logia Insights account is tied to your email. One login works across all apps. You organize work in workspaces—each workspace can have its own team, settings, and subscriptions.

  • One email, one password for all Logia apps
  • Create multiple workspaces (e.g., one per client or project)
  • Invite team members and assign roles per workspace

Billing is per workspace, per app

Each workspace has its own subscription for each app. Website Health in Workspace A is billed separately from Website Health in Workspace B. If you use an app across multiple workspaces, you manage billing for each workspace separately.

  • Website Health: Free, Basic, Pro, Enterprise—per workspace
  • Future apps will each have their own plans and billing per workspace
  • Upgrade or downgrade per workspace as your needs change

Where to manage billing

Billing lives in your Account page, under each workspace—not on the dashboard. Here's the flow:

  1. Go to Account (in the nav when logged in)
  2. Select a workspace (or create one)
  3. Scroll to App Settings (Plans, Billing)
  4. Expand the app (e.g., Website Health) to see plan, payment methods, billing portal, and invoices

Only workspace Admins and Super Admins can view and manage billing. Need help? Contact us.

Go to Account

When logged in, open Account from the nav to manage workspaces, team members, and billing. Each workspace's plan and billing are under App Settings (Plans, Billing).

Payments and Stripe

We use Stripe for secure payments. Each workspace subscription is billed separately. From the billing section in Account, you can:

  • Payment methods: Update credit or debit card via Stripe
  • Billing portal: View invoices and update payment methods
  • Cancel anytime: No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees
  • Refunds: Contact us—we handle requests case by case
