Managing Your Team

Workspaces, invites, roles, and per-app access—how to run Website Health as a team.

Tip: Open Account settings → My account and expand the workspace where you are an admin. Team tools, invites, and billing all live on that page.

1

Workspaces and members

Each workspace (organization) has its own websites, reports, billing, and member list. People join a workspace either by creating it at signup or by accepting an invite. You can belong to multiple workspaces and switch between them from the workspace menu.

2

Sending invites

Admins can invite colleagues by email from workspace settings. The invitee receives a link to accept the invite, pick a password if they are new, and land in the correct workspace. Each invite has an expiry time; if it lapses, send a fresh invite or use Resend (when available) from the pending-invite row. Seat limits apply by plan (Free 2, Basic 10, Pro 25, Enterprise 50 filled seats)—if you are over limit after a downgrade, new invites may be blocked until you free seats or upgrade.

3

Workspace roles

Website Health uses a simple hierarchy for who can change workspace-level settings:

  • Superadmin — Full control of the workspace, including the most sensitive actions. Protect this role: avoid having a single superadmin with no backup.
  • Admin — Can manage members, invites, websites, and most settings.
  • Editor — Can work on sites and reports but not full admin actions.
  • Viewer — Read-focused access.

If you are the only admin, the product may block removing yourself until another admin exists—this prevents accidental lockouts.

4

App permissions (Logia Website Health)

Beyond the workspace role, each member can have an app-level role for Logia Website Health (for example admin vs no access to this app). A workspace admin might be a viewer in another Logia product but still need admin access here—use App permissions on the member or invite to tune that without changing their workspace-wide role in other apps.

5

Changing roles and removing people

Admins can change roles, open app permission screens for a member, or remove someone from the workspace. Removal takes effect immediately for that workspace. Cancel pending invites if someone should not join. Use workspace settings filters (search, expiring invites) when the roster grows.
