Using Manually Generated Reports
Learn how to generate, view, and share single-URL website health reports (one page per report).
Tip: On any report page, click Take Tutorial for an interactive guided tour of scores, categories, and sharing options.

Generate a Report
From the dashboard (when logged in) or the home page (with or without an account), enter a single URL in the report generation form and click Generate New Report. Each report analyzes one page. The URL should be a complete web address (e.g., https://example.com/page).
Daily limits: Free plans get 3 reports per day; paid plans get 100. Limits reset at midnight UTC. A failed attempt still counts. The dashboard shows your daily usage.
Before generating, you can make the report private (workspace-only), send to team members, or add up to 5 additional email addresses. You can analyze any publicly accessible webpage—perfect for testing specific pages, checking fixes, or comparing competitor pages.
Wait for Processing
After you submit, you're taken to the report page where a progress widget shows real-time updates (SEO, security, rendered checks, Core Web Vitals, etc.). When the report is ready, the page updates automatically—no need to refresh. Processing typically takes 1–3 minutes depending on page complexity.
If you chose to send to team members or additional emails, they'll receive a notification when the report is ready. You can also find the report later in your dashboard.
View Your Report
Click the report link in your email or find it in your dashboard. The report shows an overall health score (0-100%) and detailed breakdowns by category.
The report is organized into sections for easy navigation. You'll see scores for ARIA Landmarks, Image Alt Tags, SEO, Performance, Security, and more. Each section provides detailed insights and recommendations.
Understand the Scores
Each category has a score from 0-100%. The overall health score is a weighted average of all category scores. Categories include:
Accessibility
ARIA Landmarks, Image Alt Tags, Color Contrast, Semantic HTML, Keyboard Focus Visibility, Form Labels
SEO
Meta Tags, Page Title, Meta Description, Headings Structure, Canonical URL, Link Quality
Content
Readability, Spelling, Contact & Trust Signals
Performance
Server Response Time, Lazy Loading, Core Web Vitals (Pro/Enterprise)
Score ranges (matches the report page):
Excellent performance. Keep up the good work!
Solid performance with minor room for improvement.
Decent, but several issues to address.
Multiple issues that should be fixed soon.
Significant issues requiring immediate attention.
Review Issues
Scroll through each category section to see specific issues found on the page. Each issue includes details about what's wrong and how to fix it.
Issues are prioritized by impact, with critical problems shown first. Each issue provides context, explains why it matters, and offers actionable steps to resolve it. Some issues even include code examples to help you implement fixes.
Download for Records
Click "Download PDF" or "Download CSV" to save a permanent copy. Single-URL reports are stored online for 90 days for all plans; after that the link expires. Downloading ensures you keep a record.
PDF downloads are perfect for presentations and documentation. They include all scores, issues, and recommendations in a professional format. CSV downloads are ideal for data analysis and tracking improvements over time in spreadsheet applications.
Note: Monthly automated reports never expire, but downloading PDF/CSV copies is still recommended for backup and sharing purposes.
Compare Over Time
Generate reports for the same URL periodically to track improvements. Use the dashboard filters to view all reports for a specific URL.
Comparing reports over time helps you measure the impact of your improvements. You can see how scores change as you fix issues, optimize performance, and enhance accessibility. This is especially valuable for demonstrating progress to stakeholders or clients.
