Managing Your Subscription

Plan changes, what happens to your websites, archives, and how to get back to paid features.

1

Where to manage billing

Open Account settings → My account, choose the workspace you want to manage, and scroll to Plan & billing (admins only for payment details). Upgrades, plan changes, payment methods, and invoices are handled there with Stripe as the processor. Pricing on paid tiers is per workspace and reflects the current plans: Basic $29/mo, Pro $79/mo, Enterprise $149/mo per site pricing—see the live pricing section for the latest.

2

Upgrading

When you move from Free to a paid plan, you unlock website slots, higher daily single-URL limits, and (on Basic and above) monthly automated reports. Checkout is card-based. After upgrade, add your websites from the dashboard and configure monthly runs as described in Using Monthly Site Reports.

3

Downgrades and fewer website slots

If your new plan allows fewer active websites than you use today, the product does not delete data on the spot. Instead, you choose which slots to archive (or the product guides you through that choice) so that the change can apply at the end of the current billing period in many cases. Expect:

  • A scheduled plan change banner on the dashboard when a downgrade is pending.
  • Clear prompts to pick which site(s) move to Archive if you must reduce slot count.
  • Archived websites keep historical monthly data in a read-only archive; you can restore later when you have an empty slot or upgrade again (see dashboard Archived websites section).
4

Cancellation and payment issues

Cancel at period end typically keeps access until the paid period ends, then moves you toward Free rules. Failed payments may downgrade access after retry windows—treat invoice emails and in-app billing warnings as the source of truth for your account. If you land on Free, you still get single-URL reports within daily limits, but paid website slots and monthly automation stop until you resubscribe.

5

Reactivating and restoring

Choose a paid plan again from billing settings. After payment succeeds, the product may auto-restore recent archived sites into newly available slots; any remaining archived sites can be restored manually from the dashboard when you are ready. If you are unsure which archive belongs to which URL, open the archive preview from the list.
