Using the Dashboard
Your complete guide to generating reports, managing websites, and running automated monthly scans.

Quick tip: On the dashboard, click Take Tutorial (top right) for an interactive guided tour that highlights each section. This page is your full written reference—bookmark it for anytime lookup.
Getting Started
After logging in and selecting a workspace, you land on your dashboard. The header shows Dashboard: [Workspace Name], a welcome message, and the Take Tutorial button. If your workspace uses app permissions, you'll see a badge (Viewer, Editor, Admin, or No Access)—click it to manage team settings.
The dashboard is split into two main areas: Manually Generated URL Reports (single-URL reports you create on demand) and Monthly Generated Website Reports (automated multi-page scans for Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans). You can also generate single-URL reports from the home page without logging in (limited to 3 per day for free users).
Generate Single-URL Reports
Use the Generate New Report card to analyze any specific page. Enter a full URL (e.g. https://example.com/page) and click the button. Reports run in the background—you'll receive an email when ready (typically 1–3 minutes).
- Daily limit: Free plans get 3 reports per day; paid plans get 100. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Failed attempts count toward your limit.
- Privacy: Toggle Make this report private to restrict access to workspace members only.
- Sharing: Send to team members or up to 5 additional email addresses before generating.
Single-URL reports are stored online for 90 days. Download PDF or CSV to keep a permanent copy.
Your Reports List
All completed reports appear below the generate card. Use the filters to find what you need:
- Sort by: Most Recent First, Oldest First, or Score (high to low / low to high).
- Filter by URL: Smart matching—ignores protocol, www, trailing slashes, and query strings. Partial match works for 3+ characters.
- Filter by Month: Restrict to reports generated in a specific month.
Each report card shows the URL, overall health score, issue count, and expiration or retention info. Use the buttons to view the full report, download PDF/CSV, or delete. When you have more than six reports, click Show All Reports to expand the list.
Monthly Website Reports
Available on Basic, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Each website you add gets its own monthly report. A monthly run scans multiple pages across your site (Basic: 100 URLs, Pro: 250, Enterprise: 1,000) and produces per-URL reports plus a combined report with aggregated scores and AI summaries (Pro/Enterprise).
You can run monthly reports on a schedule (e.g. 3 days after your billing cycle) or manually with Run Now. Each run is limited to once per billing period. Runs can take 30 minutes to several hours depending on site size.
For a full walkthrough of the monthly report page, see Using Monthly Site Reports.
Website Settings
Inside each website block, expand Website Settings to configure how we scan your site:
- Website URL: Base URL for your site. We add
https://www.if you omit the protocol. - Sitemap URL: Optional. If blank, we search common locations (e.g. /sitemap.xml) or crawl your site.
- Include Patterns: URLs or patterns (e.g.
/contact,/blog/*) that must be included even if they match exclude rules. - Exclude Patterns: Patterns to skip (e.g.
/admin,/private/*). Include patterns override exclude rules. - Report Schedule: Enable/disable monthly reports, turn on automatic runs, and choose which day of the month to scan.
Peer & Competitor Comparison
Add up to 5 competitor or peer websites. Each competitor can have an optional friendly name, sitemap, and include/exclude patterns. All paid plans can add competitors; Enterprise plans only receive competitor scans and side-by-side score comparisons in monthly reports. Basic and Pro users can add competitors now so they're ready when you upgrade.
Monthly Site Report Section
Below the website settings, expand the Monthly Site Report dropdown to view your combined report. After a run completes, you'll see:
- Combined report: Aggregated scores and findings across all scanned pages.
- Trend charts: (Pro/Enterprise) When you have multiple monthly runs, expand the section to see trend charts—overall score, issues, category scores, Core Web Vitals, AI Insights, and Security over time. Filter by All time, Year to date, or Last 12 months. Download a Trends PDF from the same section.
- Individual page reports: Drill down into each page's full report.
- Run Now: Trigger a scan immediately (once per billing period).
Plans & Upgrades
The dashboard may show plan comparison cards and a Difference at a Glance table comparing Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. Locked features display upgrade prompts. Use the Add Another Website button (if your plan allows) to add more sites—each gets its own settings and monthly reports.
Contact & Support
Near the bottom, the Contact / Plans section includes a contact form and an AI assistant panel for quick answers. Use it for custom plans, support, or questions. Visit Help & Guides for FAQs and more tutorials.
