| OpenAI | AI-assisted summaries, insights, and related product features where enabled. | Submitted website content, analysis data, and prompts needed for those features. |
| Google AI (Gemini) | In-product AI Help (conversational assistance) where that feature is enabled and configured to use Google’s generative AI services. | Chat messages, workspace or report context supplied in the help flow, and related technical metadata needed to process requests. |
